There are a few things we wanted to offer you, as our featured authors, complimentary for your participation:
If you would like to send your swag materials or books for storage before the event, you can send them to:

Please be sure your books reach us by October 10th 2013 so we have time to make sure they can be delivered to the event on time. Swag must arrive by July 1st 2013 to be included in the swag bags.
There are a few things we wanted to offer you, as our featured authors, complimentary for your participation:
- There is no cost on any swag you bring for our swag bags and to giveaway in your intimate encounter chats.
- Food in the Morning and Afternoon Hospitality Suites is completely complimentary, and there for both you and the readers.
- Each author will have a poster-sized book cover to display in the halls of the event and you will receive this to take home with you at the end of the event.
- All social events, the Meet 'n Greet, the Intimate Encounters, the Banquet, the book signing, are included in the price of registration.
- All proceeds from the sales of your books at the book signing will go to you.
